On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

Extremely disappointing experience. We waited almost 25 minutes for our main courses, only to be told they were out of most items in our order. The service was slow, and the kitchen's inability to deliver left us hungry and frustrated. Unfortunately, this experience failed to meet our expectations. We won't be returning. The overall low rating for this restaurant speaks volumes

The restaurant is okay for chain Tex- Mexican restaurant. I had the beef enchiladas. I probably should have chosen chicken because the ground beef was not slightly greasy to me. I gave this place 2 stars because the rice and bean didn't have flavor. The server was friendly.

Waitress was super busy & we would have ordered more drinks but we ran out of time. Luv the HH specials!!

Just had lunch here. I had the fajita salad with steak that was extremely tough. Hubby had soggy steak quesadillas thanks to the pico slapped on the plate right next to them.

I walked in with the bartender sitting, texting in a group. Slow night I got it. I was just waiting at the pickup counter. After 10 or so minutes I saw a sign that said to go to the bar. A sweet lady asked me questions & my name on the order. She turned to the bartender & asked him to check. Still not looking at me. She asked me what I ordered then went in the kitchen to check. Came back with my order stapled shut. I get home, we’re missing our queso/guacamole duo. We’ve been moving for 3 days. We just wanted to sit down & enjoy OTB after years of living elsewhere. They are closed tonight, so I’m not able to back. Really sad. I always pay additional cash tips. Not tonight

Clean and waiters were the best and were very very fast. We had a family of 11 and the food came here in like 10 minutes.

Great food, super chill staff, quick food preparation time for 11 people. 11/10 def recommend!
