Ordered online for carryout. Food was ready as promised. Order was accurate. The food was very good and packaged well.

The worst experience I've ever had and we won't be back. When we got there it wasn't real busy but had to wait ahile to be seated. Our server forgot specific things we asked for. My wife received the wrong kind of drink. My cup and silverware werr dirty. The food tasted like a tv dinner. The Refried beans were awful. Our $10 queso bowl was half full and looked like it had sitting awhile. The rice was cold. The chips didn't taste fresh. We wasted $45 here that could've been well spent at Chuy's where the food and service are phenomenal!!

Dietary restrictions: Great for people avoiding wheat.

Please stop with the overly chili pepper in your Salsa …I had your food today… just horrible

Food was great. Was surprisingly slow for a Friday at 7pm. Less than half the tables/booths full. Bar top empty. The hostess was AWFUL. on her phone in a booth for the first 15minutes we were in. Told us the tables were being cleared and then sat us an additional 15minutes later at an already empty/clean table. Took her at least 10minutes for everyone that walked in after us to even be greeted. Our server was overwhelmed and made it known to everyone she sat after us.i feel for her. She knew the food menu well but the approach was awful. Front of house definitely needs more training, and I'd look at additional training for your front of house manager. Woman working kitchen window and running to go orders was awful. No one was acknowledging "to-go" customers. They had to walk through and stand at the kitchen order window just to be ignored as their food was carried to 2nd hostess station. Will absolutely not he back. TAKE CARE OF YOUR SERVERS. TRAIN FRONT OF HOUSE.

Closing Server was good. Fine service, awful food. Found a long hair in my rice. Lost my appetite and manager didn’t even comp my meal. I was disgusted. 30 min wait for no food and still paid and tipped. Will not return. Server was very nice but management NEEDS TO STEP IT UP!!!! Let’s not even mention the lamp falling down from above us slowly like a SAW game and server saying she was the only one willing to fix it. Give the server a raise and find new management asap.

Extremely long wait time to sit down even though the place was almost empty when I walked in, extremely long wait time just for my water and chips and salsa to reach the table, extremely long wait time for the food to get to the table only to find out the beans were cold and old the rice was cold and old the guacamole was missing, they had also over-served another customer who got drunk and was walking around the restaurant singing Happy Birthday cussing loudly being belligerent rude and disrespectful to the other customers, they did nothing to stop this, this was the very worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and will never go back.
