On Tap Sports Cafe - Riverchase Galleria

Terrible experience if you can call it that. Waited two minutes just to be seated but no hostess ever showed up. So then chose to sit at bar and waited 5 minutes after multiple servers walked past and never spoke to my girlfriend and I . There were 7 customers at the time. Maybe a bad night.

Gigi was awesome and as usual the food was great!!

Short staffed, poor food and service.. don't go here

GiGi, was an amazing server; so professional and prompt. I really enjoyed my visit to On Tap Sports Cafe at Riverchase in Hoover, Alabama.

Seated promptly and then waited for server. Provided order and then waited. Appetizers served but no drinks. We had to ask for drinks (simply ordered water). Once food arrived, no utensils provided. One order had wrong side. Food was overall good. Few condiments and non offered for burger. This was mid afternoon and one large party was there. Inexcusable poor service.

My experience at On Tap was fantastic. GiGi was very sociable and courteous I felt like I was in the right place surrounded by the right people.

Cold food. Not tasty. Just avoid if you can.
