Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This was my first time at this location and it went terribly bad. The table we were seated at, was so wobbly that our drinks would fell on our laps. There were empty booths around us and I asked to be seated there for the reason being and was told a firm, NO by the host. I went to the bar area and asked for the manager but he was busy. When I got back they had my family moved to one the available booths in the same area. Then when the waiter brought our soup it was stone cold, and my daughter told me to remain quiet or they would do bad things to our food so, we ate the soup. But when the main dish was brought to us it was cold as well. At this point I was frustrated and talked to the waiter that I wanted to pay for what my family had consumed and leave. As I was leaving, the manager was at the host position at the reception and I told him what had happened. He asked me to show him the wobbly table and after I did it he asked me who was the person that placed us there. After that he asked if the employee was wearing (eye) glasses, to what I replied affirmatively. I kept walking as he was so relaxed like nothing had happened and I told him that I would never ever go back there again. That was it and I left. I do not recommend this location. I have an Olive Garden Restaurant nearby our home at E. Colonial were we frequently eat at, and it is a delight to go there. The staff is always very courteous and kind. Food is always delicious, hot and served timely even during rush time. I won’t change our E. Colonial Olive Garden for any other.

What can I say, I eat 2 bowls of salad by myself every visit here. So good

José is the worst general manager. The food is trash. The service is horrible. I hate it. Food be cold they treat they employees horrible I’ll never come back.

Didn't get what I ordered (chicken and shrimp carbonara). Meal arrived without shrimp and offered shrimp on the side. Manager thought that was a satisfactory solution. Then refused to make an adjustment to the bill.

They have the most attentive servers I’ve come across in a really long time. Our server was kind and welcoming. I was not only impressed with our server but they others ones serving the other tables around us. They exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to come across good customer service these days

Food tasted great. Sat in the bar area and received the normal amazing service! Wheelchair accessibility: The front of the building faces the street. So some small distance must be traveled but there are ramps to easily get on the sidewalk.
