Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Honestly the food and service from the waiter were great. But as I was leaving I noticed a patch of incredibly slick ice right outside the front door. And when I say I noticed it I mean, my foot slipped out from under me, and my knee and shin crashed into the pavement before my other knee and wrists. That’s also when I noticed there was no sand or ice melt or anything like that out front which you’d expect if it’s snowing. Apparently bruising a bone is called a ‘contusion’ and it means that you’re bleeding inside your bones… they’re not really supposed to do that. I went back inside to sit for a bit but I didn’t really want to be a nearly 40 year old guy crying in the front of a restaurant covered in water. I penguin waddled out to my car as much of the walk way to the restaurant just hadn’t been shovelled and had iced over. I called inside to let them know what had happened and to let them know that somebody had fallen out front and that I’m not the sort of person who just randomly falls. The guy who answered the phone couldn’t have sounded more disinterested. So yeah, it’s been over a week, I can’t really walk without being in pain, and if I walk more than a tiny bit I’ll be in absolute agony. I have to keep my leg up at all times, and I can’t even do my job because that requires me to sit in a chair and I can’t even do that for more than an hour or two without being in extreme pain. So yeah, highly recommend if you don’t need your knees.

Staff where friendly food was great and bonus I got extra bread sticks and pasta with sauce. Not sure why not complaining but could be cuz the app/WiFi was messed up probably from the large amount of snow fall we had yesterday. Lucky I gave a big tip Dietary restrictions: Just ask and they don't put it on your meal n u want extra of something like garlic n parmesan on the bread sticks they make it happen.

Great staff and the food was great. I highly suggest the green apple sangria. It tastes like a green apple jolly rancher. They were having some bathroom sewage issues at the time so felt bad for the front door gal but she was a trooper. Our waitress was also so fun and made it a great experience. Thank you for the great food!
