Waiter more concerned abt bill then service. She kept reminding if no meal salad had to be paid...

Food is always good and the manager on site is very hands on

The service was appalling. Casey's rude and hostile attitude made me never want to return. Their demeanor ruined the entire dining experience. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

For the quality the prices are too high. About $40/person if you add a non alcoholic drink, appetizer, entree. It may be worth that elsewhere but not here. The minestrone soup is likely the best item on the menu. The service is generally fair. Yes, there are Italian Restaurants that do made the pasta in house; I am not so sure that OG is one of them. If you are going to go to this location, I would recommend going during lunch hours. The Manager at the hostess/host area was friendly and welcoming.

After being allowed to change tables, I waited 15 minutes for the attendant. I went to ask why it had taken so long, and the attendant told me that where I had been allowed to sit there was no one to attend to me. If I hadn't asked, I might still be sitting waiting for someone. I got up and went to another restaurant.

Again, the second olive garden we've been to. We were seated however no acknowledgement from wait staff for over 20minutes. Had to say something, then finally a waitress said she didn't know she was assigned to us & apologize. Our drink order took another 15 minutes. The bread sticks were burnt. I'm tired of poor service & will not be back

Great service, adequate food

Went to Olive Garden with my mother in law and I must say I am impressed with how clean, beautiful decor , great customer service , quick service and delicious food the quality and quantity was perfect! Kid-friendliness: Great environment for the family and friends. Place was very fashionable clean and the decor was beautiful. Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair accessibility for people who need it. Convenient handicap parking available.
