Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Very quiet lunchtime atmosphere. The food was delicious.

Soup and salad and appetizer. Everything was delicious. Just miss the shrimp Fritta with the spicy relish they used to have. I don't like the one they have now with the fried green peppers and stuff.

Ordered food for my sons birthday and they messed it up. Mind you I spoke to 4 different ppl and told them all the same thing. Even when the price increased with each request I didn't even blink. To add insult to injury the manager was suppose to take off the order they got wrong and correct it with the correct order instead he left two in the system so last night I called and gave them my card information just to find out today that they charged the wrong order. Then when I didn't have my card to make their job easier(charging the right order) they walked off with half my food and made me wait until they figured out (w/o my card) how to correct their mistake. They could've let me leave and did that or did it before I got there, because I was charged before I got there. But no I wasted 15 min for them to do something they could've done causing me, the food, and my son to be late to his party. They treated me like I didn't have the money instead of like they made the mistake by not deleting the incorrect order and making sure that my card was attached to the correct order. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I frequent there often as I live near by, but today they lost me and my close friends and family all ppl from this side of town. Oh I didn't change my order 4 times I had to speak to a manager because I was quoted 2 different prices. See I called Friday to price it and called back Monday to order amd pay for it. I called back Tues to speak to manager to get the right price. They called me today to go over how I wanted the food just to tell me when I got there they didn't do it that way. Unprofessional as hell.

Whenever I'm in the statesi have to go to an Olive Garden The food was great and the service was excellent

1. Awful front desk service: no smiles or welcoming gestures. 2. The server doesn't even bring spoons with tea or coffee ordered. 3. The manager never even cared to check. Very different than Olive gardens in Robinson. Last time to come here to dine. You pay to get both good food and service.

Quick service, friendly and attentive. Food was good and the prices were just right!
