Excelente atención

The waitress tried her best as the kitchen failed.

Being greated right away was awesome. Isaiah our waiter did a good job tonight for being new. Service was good, food was wonderful, great job have a great night.

Came here on a Thursday night with my family of 5 and Jade was our server. She was so friendly and attentive and was very present through out the dinner service to make sure we had everything and that everything was tasting delicious. Thank you!

We had not ate at this facility for over a year or so , and driving by it we stopped for lunch . The friendly young waitress came took out order , within 10 or so min we had —Soup and salad- and the shrimp appetizer// with our drinks / water—- the soup/salad were enjoyable with fresh lettuce , but the shrimp on the appetizer was too salty for our taste , we waited about 15 min or so hoping our waitress would refill our water , at no sign of our waitress we asked the waitress helping the next table., mention the shrimp was too salty — she replied “ you need to tell your waitress”-/ so we waited another 15 /20 minutes or so until our waitress came by to ask if we needed anything — I told her that we needed to return the shrimp, and we would take the ck — she changed the ticket price — but changing the service was not possible————— ( we were waiting for almost - 25/30 min,for her to even ask to refill our water ) I saw and understand that this was “Lunch” time, and it was busy — but if a waitress/waiter can not keep up with their work load , should NOT be there— I see it as these employees represent where they work —— but also keeping a customer content while there helps both //a return to THIS Restaurant , along with a good tip left to the server of that table. — maybe /- but I don’t know if I will be going back again.

We went to have lunch today at this Olive Garden location on 75th Avenue. It’s been awhile since we’ve been here. We were seated promptly & our server was Takievah K. She was an excellent server. She is very friendly & attentive. She took our order & we had our food in no time. She kept checking in on us offering refills or anything else we might need. Our soup & salad were delicious. Hit the spot on this cold wintery day. The manager also came around & asked how we were doing. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. Looking forward to our next visit.

Love Olive Garden but this dining experience was probably my worst. Our seating area was infested with knats, over 10 on the walls, light fixtures, flying around. Spent most of my dining experience fighting them off. The manager walked by and I advised him of the situation and he said, "Yea it happens, we can't help it but will clean it tonight." He also refused to discount anything, which that is not what the complaint was for but no attempt to rectify the matter is poor management. I will not be coming to this location again.
