Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

It had been a few years since I'd been here but I met a friend for dinner yesterday. We were seated way in a dark corner in the back near a large group that was loud and messy. The salad & breadsticks were ok but definitely not as fresh as I've had here previously, and while my friend was happy with their soup, I found the Seafood Alfredo less than appeasing. The sauce was grain as if overcooked and the seafood was very sparse. We each choose a desert, the chocolate lasagna which was very good and the tiramisu which was good but like the salad & breadsticks, just not as good as previous visits.

The waiter was very entertaining and attentive.

We love the soup & salad combo, as we are vegetarians. Service is always friendly and usually prompt. We know it's a chain, and some people have problems with that... But, not us! Try it, you'll like it!

Not too impressed with this location. Ordered a glass of makers mark and got a glass full of ice and maybe a half shot of makers….got charged $9 for that smh. Had to constantly swat at the 15+ bar flies at the bar. The silverware was dirty for everyone at our table. Just some concerns about the cleanliness of the place. Not too inclined to return to this location.

My husband and I went on 3/9 at 7:45, seated right away. (The only positive thing of the evening) I ordered tortellini Alfredo with chicken, husband got the "endless" soup and salad. An hour after ordering we still didn't receive our food (8:45) Asked our server and he rambled something incoherent and then got us our food. My food was dry, and cold. And honestly...their chicken is not edible: it's rubbery. husband got soup he didn't ask for? We just asked for the manager and she was the furthest thing from helpful. She got me more Alfredo sauce to de-dry my dinner that obviously sat under a heated lamp for too long. My husband got two bowls of soup...our server did offer dessert but we had already waited over an hour for sub-par food, I didn't want to wait for sub par cheesecake. Manager definitely should have taken my husband's soup and salad off. She never came back even though she said she was going to. He didn't get the soup he wanted and only got two bowls. All in all. Bad food. Bad service. Bad manager. Definitely won't be back. (My dog enjoyed the chicken though!)
