We spent $180.00 to go, and the food was the worst. The salad I threw in the trash, it was made up of the parts of the lettuce that you normally throw away, and I don't even want to guess when the bread stick were made. Olive garden used to be good, but never again!! Save your money!!
Olive Garden is one worse place to dine. customer service stinks and also I think a lot of the people who work there are races. They do not care about their customers at all. If it wasn't for my husband, I was ready to walk out of there after waiting for 10 minutes before someone could come to order our drinks. I will be encouraging my husband to take our money somewhere else. Never again to Olive Garden, hell no! I can make healthier better pasta at home. Yard House is next door, we should have gone there; Yard House still gets the best 5-star top rating with their service. The food is great and customer service is off the chain. My husband and I felt like we threw away $65 plus tips. I told my husband not to tip but because we felt it was the right thing to do, we ended up giving a tip for the shake of it. I would not feel bad if this place closed down.
Ask for Keddjra, she is the best
Great food and awesome service.
Rude and clueless host. Come in and nobody in lobby but see a bunch of employees crowded around the end of the bar. I stand there waiting for someone until a young woman notices me and just says 'follow me' while she still seemed engrossed in her co-workers conversation. I sit and order food and the server was fine but the food came out terrible and looked like it was microwaved and was chewy (chicken fettucine) I ask to complain and the manager was a larger guy I forget the name but he paid for the bill which was nice but seemed wholly unconcerned with his employees behavior.
