This is a great restaurant. The food and service are wonderful. Unfortunately, the first people to greet us, today, were 50/50. Came in as party of 2, cold greeting from woman up front, told we’d have to wait 10-15 minutes - totally fine. New guy training much more friendly/happy to be there. Party of 3 who arrived after us, taken to their table, before us. Totally cool. Then, our turn. Awesome. Seated by same woman, as before, she sprinted across the restaurant to get rid of us and her job over with. Seated us at a table in the sun - totally cool, especially when our lovely waitress helped us adjust the screen in the window, later on. Andie was the highlight of our entire time at OG. Once you get inside it’s awesome and warm - food, service, everything - but entering and exiting is on the colder end of things and present interactions I’ll try to avoid in the future by using OG’s waitlist, online, or just leaving, instead. And FYI parking isn’t easy for first timers. Parking: Like a maze. Not easy for first timers. Exiting is equally difficult. Signage could be helpful or complete redesign of parking, necessary.
