Just love this place! Been my favorite place to go and eat since my middle school day's. Went here to celebrate my birthday.
This location is poorly maintained, it was dirty everywhere and the bathroom was out of toilet paper, I texted my hubby to get me some and the gal came in with folded hand towels. When I said that they were out, she said sorry and did nothing about it.
Food is always good service the same very consistent olive garden
Everything was delicious and service was quick.
Was told we has a 10 minute wait seated well after that, offered a table where hostesses was wrapping napkins but she was leaving the tableware in baskets, two shopping hand baskets with napkins and her coat at the table. Proceed to seat us at the bar. Which we didn't want. Ordered hot tea and the only teas that avable was peach orange flavored tea which didn't pair well the overly garlic dish I ordered. Bar was drafty. Bartender was nice. Salad and breadstucks good but could have gotten them a Fazolis
Olive Garden is one of the only chain restaurants I even go to anymore, besides TX Roadhouse. However, this location is just sad. Like everywhere, the prices have gotten crazy high, and the portions have shrunk. Not to mention, the food quality and the service quality have both gone down, too. Every now and again, I find myself craving the soup and salad here, but I won't come back to the Washington Street location. I will drive to Castleton
