The service is terrible. The employees do not care about you or their job
Solo woman with three shoeless toddlers was seated directly beside our table in an otherwise empty section. Children proceeded to jump, climb, and crawl on every available surface while staff said nothing.
My daughter and I ate here yesterday. The food is so delicious. I got the calamari, shrimp scampi with noodles, and chicken gnocchi. My daughter got the baked ziti. The bread sticks were fantastic. I love eating here
Its been a long time since I've been to an Olive Garden. The one here in Gadsden is nice. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. For me if an Italian restaurant can't get spaghetti and meatballs right then I'm not going to bother with any of their other menu items. I was pleasantly surprised at the dish. The meatballs had a nice flavor and texture to them and the noodles were not overcooked. The sauce was decent. Better than some other Italian restaurants I've been to where I could've sworn I was served a can of chef boyardee. The only problem I had was it took forever to get our food. We did have a party of 10, so I'll choose to believe it was because they were making everything fresh. The waiter was great!
Food was OK. Server was very attentive and polite.
