Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I haven't been to the olive garden in quite some time, but the food was amazing. Now the front needs to get it together, I received a text saying my table was ready, and they still took over 15 minutes to seat us.

I placed a togo order online and it was supposed to be ready at 10:38. I received a call at 10:21 telling me they ran out of Alfredo sauce and will not make anymore sauce until the next day. I wasted my gas and time waiting in the parking lot of this establishment. This was ridiculous.

Our waiter Donell (I think that's his name) was superb and I can't wait to come back again. When I do I'm going to ask for that special guy who gave a special service to my family. The salad is always a hit!!! Parking: Convenient Kid-friendliness: The waiter catered to the children in my family as if they were his own. He acted as if he loved what he was doing. We appreciate this guy!!!

The restaurant is in big trouble at the moment. The gm with 35 yrs on the job left and so did the culinary manager. Servers are quitting in droves. The new gm hides in the 3x3 office all shift. The kitchen has no respect for any managers except for Elise. Will, congratulations you played yourself! You should have stood on bizness sir. Let's see how those refill scores look now.

Sat down at 8:30 , tykiah already had an attitude with the table behind us. The worst server I’ve ever had, only thing she did for us was take our order, bring out salad and a marg.It took us 30 minutes to get our mozzarella sticks and both of my entrees were cold.My girlfriend literally suggested if it would be better if we take it home to warm it up. I don’t blame Olive Garden but this was a terrible experience. I’m only writing this online review because I left a note with the host for the manager and she probably threw it away because as I walked away two employees laughed at me and said “not a whole note”

We arrived at the restaurant about twenty minutes before closing. We were greeted and immediately seated however, we were told constantly (6 times or more) that the restaurant and kitchen were preparing to close. We finally asked the waitress why a restaurant would allow customers to come in and be seated during open hours while trying to make them feel bad for selecting their restaurant. I suggest that the owners or manager welcome their guests and treat them appropriately when they arrive which means to take their order and provide service with a smile until their dinner is over. Otherwise, close at an earlier time if their plan is to be able to walk out the door immediately at ten p.m. The constant informing us that they were closing ruined our festive mood and dinner. Not sure I will ever eat at this restaurant again.

I enjoy having Soup and salad from Olive Garden. The salad dressing is delicious.

I came in for a quick lunch and sat at the bar. It took a few minutes for the server to come around, but from that point forward the service was great. I was in and out in 45 mins.
