I used to come here with my family about 10-15 years ago and it was great... Now I have a family of my own; and I decided to take my daughter here for her birthday.. Huge mistake! The server was rude and just void of any character. Food was okay. We wont be returning.
Our recent visit to Olive Garden was deeply disheartening, especially as Muslims who strictly avoid certain foods due to our religious beliefs. We made it clear to our server that we do not eat sausage, a key aspect of our dietary restrictions. Despite explicitly asking if the lasagna contained sausage and being assured it did not, we were dismayed to find it did. This was not just a simple oversight, but a significant disrespect to our religious dietary requirements. Moreover, our service experience was further marred by the lack of attention to our needs, as our drinks were only refilled once, leaving us largely unattended. Such disregard, both for our religious dietary restrictions and basic service needs, made us feel undervalued and disrespected. It’s crucial for a hospitality establishment like Olive Garden to demonstrate respect and sensitivity towards diverse customer backgrounds and needs.
Stacey is the best server of all time! And this review reflects not upon her quality of service nor the food with which she served. We walked in waited 25 minutes on a Saturday (TBE), we then get seated in a portion of the restaurant that is under renovation. This is just to the right when you walk in the restaurant behind the bar; it’s been being renovated since we were here last it just doesn’t look appealing. Parking: Lot is located just off RM 620, The Courtyard by Marriot and Olive Garden and wraps around the place.
Waiter was very friendly and service was great
