Menu offerings have decreased since Covid it seems. Rigatoni was mushy. Meatballs were all about black pepper. The server was kind. Next time I will go to Reales or Mandolas.
The wait staff was overloaded. Busy! So the service was mediocre. Our waitress had a bit of attitude. It's unfortunate because I believe she was simply overloaded with tooo many tables. Still... that's no excuse for having attitude towards US. So... of course her tip reflected that. Management: you'll lose staff like her when customers like me give small tips. Hire more staff! Don't say you can't find anyone. Pay enough such that you get applicants! Otherwise.... you'll lose overworked staff that get low tips due to them being snarky. The food? Omigoodness, so much like generic frozen lasagna from the Dollar Store. Edible? Yes. Worth $22 (tax plus tip)? NO! No wonder Jay Leno says Olive Garden is not "Italian food"...
Just had a lovely dinner tonight! Giselle was our server and she was AWESOME! Super sweet and attentive! Thanks for being a rock star and dealing with all my asks!
Fast-Food Italian... just go to Carrabas! Now thats authentic and delish
Olive Garden used to be a great restaurant to go to. Now it seems like everything comes out of a can or package and is just preheated in the kitchen. The food was nothing extraordinary. Their signature salad and breadsticks were good. They did happen to make my drink, correct which is a shock. Restaurant is definitely kid friendly as there was a table nearby with three rambunctious juveniles. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Adheres to all disability codes, ample space and functionality.
Our server seemed like they did not want to be there. We had to get up to get a manager to find our server as they were MIA for 15 minutes. Will not use this location again. Food was excellent.
