Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I come in regularly and have been for years the Bartender I always have is always so nice and always smiling. Last night (Saturday) was different and honestly probably won't come back in after what I witnessed. The bartender was clearly busy and the other girl behind the bar was very rude and aggressive towards her instead of helping . As if that wasnt bad enough Then out of nowhere another younger girl was screaming and I mean screaming at her saying she will do it and thats that. I don't know who's hiring the new help but they clearly are not using wise choices. I don't know how she remained so calm during all that nonsense but she kept her composure. For this I will be emailing corporate and letting them know the nonsense that was displayed.The industry I work in would NEVER allow something like this to occur. When u have hot-headed staff that have no clue how to act it will be that locations downfall. Feel free to message me I will be more than willing to give more information. I hope for the bartenders sake she finds a place where she is appreciated and not spoken to in that way ever again by children at that. It took me a long time to think how I wanted to go about addressing this. My son said review then mail corporate as he worked years ago with Darden. Do better for your good employees sake. Never once have I been in there and ever felt so not welcome by staff. The other younger cranky girl didn't even smile one time and had no people skills I had to ask her for soup while she stood there talking to another employee. Do better Edit. My son called and asked who the bartenders were for last night. It was Nicole (smiley) and Yamy you can tell who's who I'm sure since they are your staff.

New menu, food was great and our server Mark was AWESOME!!!! We would definitely go back.

The food and drinks were terrible. Both my long island ice tea and cosmo tasted like juice. The soup was cold. The breadsticks were stale. The restaurant smelled like urine. This place needs a serious overhaul. New carpet at least to get rid of the urine odor. The staff were the only pleasant thing about this place. Not a place i will dine at again.

Everything was Great also for me the Salad Dressing I purchase three Bottle.,

Emily was a delight and very prompt.
