It sure is disappointing to see what used to be a great place go down. The first to go was happy hour, then shrink nation kicked in but on both ends smaller portions higher prices. The food is not terrible but if you charge $$$ you should deliver on that. Just my opinion. The location is fantastic, parking a little hard unless you come early.

We were a group of 7. Sat in the wine room. Restaurant is so nice! Waitstaff were awesome. Food was exceptional. Scallops, Bolognese Meatballs flatbread all yummy. Mussels were out of hand good!!

The food was very good. Service was very slow. It took 1 1/2 to receive our order, and It was not a busy Tuesday night. They forgot to take an order for someone in our party...

We went to dinner here for my parents 52nd anniversary and everything from the service to the food ...perfect. Some tough critics in our party and they all left smiling and praising the whole experience!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! First, we got sat and the room was cold (we were wearing sweaters). We asked the waiter (Lee) to adjust the temperature and he didn’t even know how to operate the AC which we ended up taking into our hands and adjusting it. We also ordered two wines and a soda which came out late. Then only after AN HOUR of just receiving drinks, our food order was taken. Food took extremely long to get but the order was incomplete (I ordered a salmon that didn’t even get placed on the same ticket as the rest of my party’s and waited an extra 20-30 minutes; lost my appetite and when I did eat it, it wasn’t very good) and the food was sub par. We ordered a steak (didn’t get asked how we wanted it done) and it was charred at the top (seemed rushed) and improperly cooked. The vegetables served were not cooked properly (tasted raw). The tuna was not “seared” and actually made a member of the party sick! The shrimp in the fra diavolo was also not good and made another person’s stomach turn. When we asked for the manager (John), he did not seem engaged or really interested in helping us address our dinner experience. He actually walked out on us the SECOND time we tried to straighten out a portion of our order that was comped (we ordered a Caesar salad that we ended up not getting and it was still placed on the bill even after they told us they took it out). John ended up hanging behind the bar standing on his phone than return to our table and address our issues. Overall we will definitely not be coming back here ever again.

DO NOT COME HERE! Please notice how many 1 star reviews there are! Service is horrendous - we waited 1 hour for TWO GLASSES OF HOUSE WINE and a soda. The worst part about this experience was despite sitting there for 3 hours constantly waiting for the waiter, when we decided to speak to the manager, John, he came to our table and was angry at US? Not even wanting to hear our concerns and literally walked away mid-sentence. All we wanted was to take items off our bill that we never even received!! We were there to celebrate a birthday and didn’t even stay to get a cake. The food itself was OK. John- If your restaurant is understaffed please do not seat any more guests so you don’t get angry reviews like this!

Food was good. Lively environment, nice dining area. Service staff and kitchen coordination need major improvement. We waited a long time for every phase of our meal from water to bread, to drinks, etc. While it was busy we were seated right away and there were tables available. Until they improve the service only go if you don't have to be somewhere or meet a schedule.

One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. Waited an hour for drinks, they didn’t put our order in correctly and didn’t bring out two items we ordered bc the server didn’t put it in the system. When we told them to cancel an item that we never even got, they still put it on the bill at the end. When we asked to speak to the manager Jon, in regards to the whole situation, he only wanted to comp the cheapest things on the bill, including one that we never even received and shouldn’t have been on the bill. When we asked to speak to him a 2nd time he cut us short and walked away mid sentence. As we were leaving, he was at the bar on his phone laughing like nothing happened and was not even apologetic for our horrific experience there. Will not be going back to Olio, EVER, AGAIN

I can't believe how awful the food is at this place, for how much they charge. I ordered the steak and frites..it tasted like it had been sitting in the kitchen all day. It was tasteless, cold and stale. We had a big party and no ones food was good. Everything was cold & stale & had no taste. We should have known based off their terrible reviews.
