I ordered a small salad, and bowl of soup. There was no salad dressing on the salad or on the side. The Snackers were like shoe leather, ice cold and inedible. Very disappointing. As I was leaving the restaurant there was a woman in a wheel chair who could not get into the restaurant without assistance. I held both doors open for her and another customer moved the Wet Floor sign while two employees looked at us.
Good prices, crazy good bread and quality seasoned fries. Even have good vegan options. I'm just mad at myself that I waited so long to try them.
We've eaten here many times before. We were treated, seated and left. After fifteen minutes of waiting with no service at our table, let alone for the other four tables, we left. In our wait, I overheard the weekend plans of two of the greeters and a few hot tips on how to sinch an oversized shirt to make it look cute, so not a total loss. When we left, numerous employees were having a gathering in the back, block party style.
Olga would turn over in her grave if she saw this franchise.
So, there you go!
Friendly service. Good food.
Slow service, food was ok, would have been better if it was hot. The store is geared towards takeout orders. If you dine in, get ready to wait.
Meagan was an excellent wait person. Our orders were hot and service was quick.
