Ole Times Country Buffet Savannah

We were traveling from Philadelphia to Disney and stopped in Savannah Ga. to rest. We were hungry from the over night drive and asked at the hotel where to eat. When they recommended this place they described it as "like old country buffet." There was nothing about ocb that we wanted haven driven so far so we picked a different place. When we got there we found out we weren't dressed appropriate for the other restaurant so we begrudgingly came to old times country buffet. Omg did we almost miss out! This place is a gem. Everything was delicious and tasted like it was made in house. If it wasn't, you sure fooled me. I don't even like pork chops, but these were so good I had go back for another one. The desserts were out of this world. I can't say how much I recommend this place!

The food is what you would expect from a buffet, decent but not good or great. Staff was busy and not very friendly, not a bad place and I'm glad I stopped on my trip but I would choose Golden corral if I was given the choice again.

All the hot food was cold. Ran out of all deserts we were there for 20 minutes and never refilled anything. Has BBQ on the big aign outside and did not have any BBQ.
