If you have never ate Haitian food you need to go to ole Restaurant believe me it is worth the wait.

Let me just say it hurts me to have to write this review. We frequent Ole quite often and the food is AMAZING. That said food service is ridiculously slow. Like borderline disrespectful. However even though it’s a bit slow, the staff has always been nice in the past. The owner and I believe his son have always been very personable. Until yesterday….it appeared to be an entirely new staff and when I say NOBODY knew wth was going on. Everyone was just running in circles back and forth and there was only about 15 guests in the building. There is absolutely no reason for them not to be able to handle a SMALL crowd. When we arrived we were told there was a 45 min hold on food. Which again…isn’t helping anything bc all you do is continue to backed up. Anyway we were fine with waiting and decided to sit and order drinks. We sat for about 30 mins before just deciding to go order from the bar. At that time a server said she’d come to the table. We ordered a cocktail, a beer and a soda. 1hr and 20 mins later still no cocktail. The servers were all just walking fast and running over eachother with out purpose bc again by this time the bar was empty and there were maybe 4 total tables and 1 outside. It was by far the ABSOLUTE worse experience We’ve ever had ANYWHERE. So unfortunate bc you see the potential here but the lack of proper management, organization and systems is going to prohibit them from reaching it.

Food is alway freshly made and they never fail your taste buds 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Hands down the best Haitian or even Caribbean restaurant in Decatur.

If you like Haitian food this is the place. The food was fantastic and the drinks were even better! Definitely enjoyed! Perfect date night place.

Food is always really good I can't ever complain about that. PERIOD!!!! I always look forward to the Ox tails 😜😜☺️☺️😋😋😋Only let down is when not ready for business to operate in the beginning of opening hours.

I had oxtails with rice and peas . The food is amazing , my first time having Haitian food . It’s seasoned so good and you can taste the spices . I promise you it’s worth it. Can’t wait to come back .
