Olde Well Tavern

Stopped in on our way to run some errands. Ordered the tavern burger. THIS BURGER WAS AWESOME!!!! The tater tots were crispy! The waitress did an amazing job, as she took care of the busy restaurant.

The staff are super nice and their service is spot on. The food was delicious - fresh and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was upbeat and fun - we were there on Super Bowl Sunday.

A small bustling restaurant. Parking: Kinda tight. Kid-friendliness: It mostly depends on when you go. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Service not the best but the food isn't bad.

Reservation system DOES NOT WORK!! Maybe shut that website reservation service down so folks are not disappointed. Sat 5 of us at a tiny 2 top. Just walked out. Managers and staff did not try to mitigate or help. Poor pr. At least try to diffuse and save the business. They stay packed, so local family business just isn’t valued.

My wife and I are regulars. We usually like to come on Saturday evening to enjoy the food and live music, when available. So today I did what I usually do, I called to make a reservation for Saturday. I called this afternoon and spoke with someone, gave my info and was told someone would call me back, didn't happen. So I called again, shortly before closing, I was told the same thing, I'd get a call in 20-30 minutes to confirm, didn't happen. So tomorrow evening we'll likely go somewhere else. The reservation process is in bad need of being revised. There is on the restaurant website the ability to make a reservation, this is currently not being used. Why not?! This couldn't possibly be as difficult as the useless phone calls for a reservation. Please please fix your reservation system!!!!
