Fast cheap good
The food were good... but it was strange all the plastic.I preferred to have a more home food feeling.Seems that they have the food packed and just serve it.Food: 4/5 | Service: 2/5 | Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
It was a terrible experience. First of all, for the food alone, it was a terrible taste. I ordered two cold noodles, it was EXTREMELY salty. You can choose the level of spicy but cannot change the saltiness when you make the order. This is the most terrible Chinese food I have ever had in the NYC. The noodle itself tastes worse than the fast food you bought from a supermarket. Secondly, there is almost no service. Maybe it’s because I arrived at around 4pm, there was not enough works. You have to make the order using a self-serving machine just in the entrance, and pay the bill before your food is served, which means you need to pay at least 15% of tips before you get your food or service. Then, nobody will provide you the water or any basic needs for eating. You need to grab a cup of water by yourself. After you finish, we clean up the table also by ourselves. Nobody shows up to take care of any issues.
There’s a ton of take out options in the Wall St area but this is the only place I’ll grab lunch around my office. Their stewed pork hand-ripped flat noodles in soup is amazing! Fresh and delicious every time, ready within minutes, nice dine in ambiance and great prices.
Very quick and fresh and reasonably priced
Open late and ample seating, self kiosk ordering works great and comes fast. Interior is still well maintained. Hand pulled wide noodles are good with variety of meats. A mild is still spiced up!
Amazing noodles, and the black fungus salad is a must.
The hand pulled noodles here were a bit soggy and lacked the chewiness that Xi’an Famous Foods has. Our dish came out in less than 5 minutes too which was kind of nice but questionable as to how it was made so quickly.
I think the food has likely improved in recent months since some of the previous negative reviews were posted. I’ve been here twice and enjoyed every bite! I’m keen to go back and try a few more food options as I’ve almost exclusively been a noodle guy.
