My experience at Old Towne's Alibi was deeply disappointing, as I found myself completely ignored at the door upon arrival. Despite making eye contact with the employees behind the bar, I was met with indifference and left waiting for an unreasonably long time without so much as a greeting. The employees behind the bar walked past us multiple times and refused to acknowledge us. This blatant disregard for basic customer service and hospitality overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the cuisine or ambiance. Until this establishment addresses their glaring deficiency in acknowledging and welcoming their black patrons, I cannot in good conscience recommend it to others. I will say this establishment has NO issues with acknowledging and serving their Caucasian customers with exuberance.

Great place for food and drinks. Welcoming environment, super friendly staff. If you make it there I suggest the pulled pork!
