Old Town Pizza

Ordered takeout at 5:22pm, given 30 minutes to pickup. Showed up after 35 and was told it wasn't ready. At 6:15, after nearly an hour total, I went to the counter again, and they said there was no order. I showed them my phone with the time I called their number, then I was asked for my phone number to verify, but still nothing. As a response, I got "sorry, do you want me to make it now?" Well, I've got a hungry kid waiting at home and I don't have another 30 minutes to sit around, so I guess one slice of pepperoni will have to do, which was uncharacteristically cold today. "That'll be $5.50"....... After screwing up and making a long time customer wait an hour to have to scramble to figure out dinner ideas, shrugging their shoulders as a response to this unusually poor situation may as well have been a slap in the face. Very disappointing experience that'll leave a bad taste for much longer than the typically good food does.

Every time I order from Old Town, the food and service are excellent! The pizzas, pastas, and apps are tasty and it's always ready faster than we expect. Happy customer for over a decade!

Ordered a pizza for visiting family, waited in my lobby for the driver to show and after 65 minutes had passes I called back and questioned about my order. I was told that my order was never put in. I should have known something might be wrong when my original call taker asked for my name three times. No apologies just do you want to talk to manager.

Wings were shockingly great

I order delivery so I can't speak to the atmosphere but the food is delicious and the portions are huge. My single pasta orders always 3 meals for me, and all 3 are large portions. Sandwiches make 2 meals. And I am not a light eater. Well woth the reasonable price.

Order delivery. Ordered a deep dish. They forgot the sausage and they added extra ingredients that I did not order. Ordered a thin crust. The crust is too thick to be considered thin. I also ordered extra cheese on the deep dish and did not get it. Quality is below average. I also ordered the antipasto salad. I asked for a side ofCaesar dressing and did not receive it. Also I don’t know who puts feta cheese on an anti pasta salad. First time and last time customer. I would not order from here again

Ordered pizza for deliver. Specific delivery instructions. They delivered to wrong place. Called and they told me to go pick it from where they delivered to ..::: I pay for delivery and it should have been delivered

Good place to stop for a slice, havnt found too many places in the Chicago area that do so!
