I'm so happy to have found a great little bagel shop in the area. The bagels, cookies, and coffee never disappoint! The staff are always super friendly, which is hard to find these days. Run to Old Town Bagel, you wont regret it!

Showed up at 1030 and they are out of bagels. Told me sorry didn't even try to make something work. I try to help small businesses. I won't be back there. You can't run out of bagels when you are open for another 2.5 hrs. Who does inventory??

paid $4 for a buttered bagel that had nearly no butter on it. waste of money not worth going back

Man inside is rude as can be. Wanted to charge extra for putting bagel on the side. He became ignorant. Use caution.
