Great spot for lunch. I love their BLT on sourdough toast. There is a wide selection on an easy to use menu board system.

The employees of this establishment do not care about helping a person in need. They watched as a vulnerable and innocent person was held at gun point and did nothing to help her. On the contrary—they made her situation worse and made no moves to call authorities or let her inside of the building she had just made a purchase in in an attempt to escape her assailant. They instead opted to lock her out and put her in a dangerous situation. That said this location is not safe, and any individual looking to shop here should be aware that if they find themselves in a dire situation they are probably SOL.

I usually come here after work for a sandwich or a soda but I won’t be coming to this prejudiced place anymore. After I bought food from them and sat down to eat, a man was threatening me with a gun on their patio and I asked the cashier and men inside the deli for help and to call the cops. They locked the doors on me and refused. They could’ve easily let me escape out of the back and called the police for me, but refused to do so and watched as a stranger with a gun threatened and chased me. I had to run all the way to Chima down the street to find normal human beings with empathy to get help. I will tell each and every person I know what they did and how their decision could’ve ended my life that night. I will never buy another item from this place again. So be warned. Even if you’re a regular, they are horrifyingly cold to their patrons and only care about money.

Last night, my friend was in a dire situation and asked the staff at this restaurant for help. Instead they locked the door and refused to assist her. She was put into an actual life or death situation, and no one here cared. The anxiety and trauma she experienced last night could have potentially been alleviated had they helped. I'm beyond disappointed since I frequent this little shop on my lunch breaks. Never again. .

Great Foods Great Staff!

It's the first time I went to Old Nelson. Had the Turkey Pastrami on Marble Rye; it was the best one I ever ate. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. You would think with all the good reviews you could trust this place. You cant! The food is subpar, local mcdonalds is better. But then the workers harrassed me to the point of almost physically hitting me, dont go here and ask any questions or you'll be harrassed. Worker slammed me into the door. Disgusting will be suing!

Excellent sandwiches, breakfast served all day, just takes a lil bit to get the food but they have an app where you can order ahead of time. A solid spot.
