Just came in and was ignored! Waited and a waiter came up to the desk and completely ignored me standing there. I came all the way from Houston to try this. Horrible customer service.

First time here and did not disappoint! Had the rib tips with mashed potatoes and collard greens. Ate every last bit. From out of state but I would definitely come back again if ever in Atlanta again !

I loved everything about this place but the communication. I go to brunch each month with friends and prior to our outing I reach out to the restaurant to get information about parking, groups, timings, etc. When I tell you this restaurant does not respond to email messages, Instagram messages, Facebook messages, and they don’t answer the phone. There is a contact us option on their website, but they don’t respond to that either. So we basically had to go in blind. I didn’t like that at all. When I arrived, they wouldn’t seat me until everyone in the party arrived. That was fine, but I would have appreciated knowing that prior to getting there. So, we waited for others to arrive all while the restaurant is getting busier. We were eventually sat, within ten minutes, and our server greeted us at our table within five minutes. I enjoyed my food. Some of the people at our table said their food was too salty and one person had a challenge with her burger. The server gave her a bit of a hard time sending it back; which we didn’t understand but okay. It was like she didn’t want to take the food back, but it was not prepared correctly. The space inside is okay. The decor is nice; pictures of family members on the walls. It was cute. We definitely had space to move around at our table. The people around us were sat a bit close, but it wasn’t horrible. We had no problem at all parking on the street in front of the restaurant, but they also have a lot behind it that you have to pay to get into. If you are driving too fast, you will pass the driveway to turn into the lot. So, drive slowly. I would try them again knowing I need to arrive early to park for free on the street and my entire party needs to be arriving at the same time. The price was not unreasonable either. I spoke with the manager who said she was new at that time. I told her how I tried to reach someone to ask questions and she admitted they do not utilize or check any of the methods I tried. She said they were not accepting phone calls either because they are just too busy. Parking: The lot is behind the building and the driveway pops up on you quickly you’re not paying attention.

The food was absolutely tasteless except for the lamb. The service was unbelievably slow. My friend ordered a mix drink which she ordered upon arrival but didn’t receive until she was almost finished her meal and it tasted horrible. We also ordered the shrimp and grits which unfortunately tasted like slop. Then we received our cornbread after we paid for our and was about to leave. So disappointing.

I live in Jacksonville Florida. This entire experience was a complete nightmare. 1st my mother is disabled & parking on the side of the road is a bit dangerous while trying to get my mom out the car was red flag #1. Red flag #2 was when we walked in & saw the set up, it was not eye catchy at all but we still tried to press our way based off of all of the hype. Red flag #3 the chairs are extremely uncomfortable and the tables are tight. Red flag #4, 5 & 6 my mom went to the bathroom it was filthy, no soap in the other bathroom nor a changing table for a baby. Red flag #7 there was no banana pudding or cornbread. Red flag #8, 3 of us ordered macaroni then was told it was out & pick another side. People came way after us sat for about 15 minutes & got their food with macaroni. We asked then it somehow appeared. Red flag #9, the waiter waisted lemonade all over our table because she was getting irritated did not have them on tray & slammed drinks on the table. We had to move our table. #10, we waited over a hour for our food & it was cold, the cabbage was old & horrible #11, we spoke with a manager & received a 25% discount & free peach cobbler which was disgusting. #12 we were the last guests there which I thought we cash out at the door so I stood there for a minute waiting to pay & my daughter went to restroom, they started playing music with lyrics to leave. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT NOR SUPPORT ANYTHING LIKE THIS! SOON AND VERY SOON IS ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE BECAUSE ADVENTUALLY PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GET TIRED OF THIS. My advice to anyone who is traveling to save your money & go to McDonald's. We still end up spending over $100 between both tabs. All I can say is do your research 1st & don't follow the crowd. We were hoping to go to Frost Bistro but they were closed so we honestly could have got a cold cut sandwich a pack of chips & a bottle of water & just waited to the next day. If you don't beleive me just check it out for yourself & you'll see exactly where I'm coming from. They'll be better off getting a food truck because it's not clean, it's tight space & the waiter was a complete joke. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! the waiter who was very nice name was PATRICK but unfortunately he was not our waiter. If we ever come back to Atlanta I'll never go back there!

Myself and a couple family members went to this location for dinner. We walked in and after standing there for a few minutes with workers walking past us and not speaking, we decided to just have a seat at the bar. I would say another 5-10 minutes of people just walking back and forth past us and not acknowledging we were there before the girl behind the bar greeted us. We ordered some drinks and different meals. When our meals came, we sat there staring at them for about 5 minutes because they couldn't find silverware. If you're going to charge a mandatory gratuity of 18%, service should not be this bad. The 3 of us did enjoy our food. I loved the fried deviled eggs with the shrimp! Those were delicious! Overall, service was bad, but the food was good. If you can get past the service you may be able to enjoy a pretty good meal.

The food was actually delicious ( we didn't like the salmon bites) but the establishment....... a hole in the wall. Dirty looking, smell stuffy. Walls, carpet etc not well upkeep. I was expecting a better environment. Plus they charge to park in their lot. And 18% on all checks . Oh and it's 7 additional dollars to get white meat with your chicken dinner
