We had lamb kebab, shirwarma sandwhich, falafel sandwhich, and the dessert recommended by the waiter. It was excellent. As good as any middle eastern food I have had in the middle east here in Chicago. They didn't charge us for either the dessert or BYOB. It says there is a 2.75 charge per person for BYOB which I don't like, but I dont think they charged us for it which is what we would expect.
Tried the chicken Shish Tawouk wrap sandwich. Pretty good! $10.95. But nothing too impressing.
This place is A FRAUD THEY STOLE MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR Food TO KEEp THEY BUSINESS GOING! I’m going to sue y’all believe that EVIL PEOPLE DOING BUSINESS HERE THIEVES
gorgeous restaurant, lovely staff & delicious food. highly reccommended.
This family is amazing. Very kind people, from the son Ali, to the Father and Mother. They invited me in and provided amazing food at an affordable cost. We even talked about life and family for a long time. Hands down the best in the Midwest. Chicago loves Old Jerusalem! Thank you for the experience!
Really good food at good price. Always enjoy the meal I have there
What a beautiful place with a beautiful soul! It's a family run restaurant with sweet ladies who run it in a way that made my wife and I feel like we're at home. The food was delicious (all Halal). The mixed grilled gave us a taste of the different types of meat they have: Kofta, Sheesh, Shawerma. They all tasted good. Their taboula and hummus are just perfect. Even their pita bread is nice. Try them if you're in Chicago.. Vegetarian options: Some of the dishes are vegetarian Dietary restrictions: Halal
