Classy place

We spent five days at the Nashville Gaylord, and wanted a special dinner for our last night. I ordered the 22 oz. Porterhouse steak and was expecting something spectacular, instead I received something mediocre. Spending nearly $200 on diner for my wife and I, and I thought we would have something better than what was brought to the table instead of something we could have gotten at the Ponderosa. Very disappointed with their so called Signature restaurant. Save your money, eat somewhere else.

Great place food and service was excellent

Greeted by a very welcoming hosted. Waited in the bar while our table to be prepared. The bar area was very relaxing with excellent cocktail specials. The waiter was exceptionally helpful with meal requests and friendly. The food itself was very good with appropriate portions. Only issue was a slow kitchen. But definitely worth it.

Definitely make a reservation far in advance before you come. There’s so many conferences and events so often times they book up! You can also sit at the bar if you don’t have a reservation or don’t feel like waiting (mine was at 8:45pm). The food here is excellent! You get an assortment of table bread. I ordered the filet with a side of mashed potatoes and everything tasted great!

Alway a great experience! Excellent food, excellent attention by the staff, especially to our waiter Paul who made sure that this visit was our best!
