Old Hag's Pizza Dallas

Known about this spot for two years. Past by for one. Stopped in, today!

Do NOT order delivery. Only get carryout. Their food is good, but they don't have delivery drivers; They use a car service. When I didn't get my food and called, the FIRST words the guy said were, "If it's not at your front door, the driver stole it". Which means they've had this problem before. I live in a gated complex so they can't get to the front door. Since the drivers aren't their own employees, the restaurant says they have no way of knowing who the driver is. I ordered on their website and not a car service site so I expected my purchase to be delivered without a problem. Yes, they offered a refund or a remake and were apologetic. And yet, since the restaurant said the car-service drivers sometimes steal the food, then this isn't a new experience for them. Which means you should NOT order delivery from them. Only get carryout. Food - good. Restaurant staff on phone- polite & nice. Overall experience - not worth the wait or drama.

Dude!! Go to the Kessler to check out show, then head down the street to Old Hags Pizza and Pasta.. Best pizza I've tasted in a very long time!! No doubt!

Register girl came out the kitchen mad she had to do her job. I Ordered a pasta and her attitude killed my appetite. Paid for the food, I didn’t trust it anymore and left.

didnt know vegan pan pizza was a thing until today. literally the best vegan pizza or even any pizza i have ever had in my entire life

This is by no means a review of the food because it is excellent. But when I was sent a coupon by the store, they refused to honor it, even though per their rules it was still good. Then after $7 for deliver and 20% tip ($11 something), and I'm $18 deep without food plus the over $4 not acknowledged in coupon plus taxes my bill on 2 pizzas and 2 apps (1 of which doesn't look like their picture on the website) it is over $80, I start to wonder where my next pizza is going to come from because it won't be from here.

Incredible food, great vibes, and even better service. Whether taking out or dinning in, this place has been an amazing staple for my entire family.
