What happened to this place? It used to be so good. The burger I got the other night could have been had at Carl’s Jr. for a third of the price. I ordered a breakfast burger and the egg on it was cooked over hard. Like?? If the yolk don’t buss then what’s the point? Something awful like an egg salad burger sandwich?

went in for dinner before going to see a show at the Pioneer Center. After ordering food, and eating. We got the check. We paid via card. When I got the slip back to sign, I noticed that it was more than what was listed on the check. The staff was incredibly rude when we ask why it was like that. We were told that it was a 3% fee for them swiping a card. So yeah no where before getting the check were we notified that there would be a fee for using a card. Thanks Old Granite Street Eatery for charging a secret fee.

Yeah. So this place waits till you are ready to pay to let you know about fees, when a manager was requested some random employee copped an attitude and refused to get the manager. It wasn't until a giant zero was written on the tip line that anyone cared

Poor service, very slow and uninterested servers. We waited and waited for our food which was mediocre at best. Unfortunately it’s just an overpriced modern location like many these days.

Heard a lot of good things about this place. Hollandaise sauce was thin and tasted of nothing but butter, and was sparingly used to the point of only half each benedict having any. Two entrees with salmon, maybe 1 oz of crumbled salmon on each, had to scrape it together like eating rice. Every dish with poached eggs had lost almost all their whites, leaving almost nothing but yolk. Potatoes were extremely salty. Short staffed, but attentive for the occupancy level.

To pay over a 100 dollars for a meal for 2 people and have the quality of food served last night was unacceptable. We were served Brussels sprouts that were inedible, my entree had wilted asparagus, and had the worst espresso martini that I couldn’t even drink. I rarely write negative reviews for local businesses, but I was absolutely disappointed by my experience last night. I would not recommend spending your hard earned money here.

The food was ok I guess. I wasn't too impressed though. The price was decent and affordable though. Service was ok to. My waiter was kinda short when talking., he seemed a little overwhelmed . It took me a minute to get the check. I sat there for about 15 minutes after he cleared my table and nothing. He didn't check back to see if I was good or needed anything. I literally had to ask the other server there for my check. I hate trying to hunt staff down in a restaurant to be honest. I get they are a busy place, but my server looked at me a few times made eye contact and never came by my table. I won't be coming back .
