Good donuts and employees are always friendly. Great place to take your kids as well, they even have donuts with little toys on top. For adults my favorite is the apple fritter
Pictured here is what's left of our experience at Old Fashioned Donuts— NOTHING! We devoured a jelly donut, a chocolate covered twist, and a maple bar with chocolate frosting. We weren't quite sure about where we'd get donuts this morning cause you know sometimes it's just well, blah.. But we are not disappointed and we'll surely be getting more before we leave the area this coming Sunday.
Love this place! They’re so friendly and the donuts are good!
We tried 3 things this morning. Had a jalapeno sausage roll. It was soft and flaky. The sausage was a little sweet, but it was good. The blueberry cake donut was perfect. Light and flavorful, not overly glazed or dense. We also tried a large cinnamon roll, they aren't very big, they are kinda flat, but listen. They have a great light flaky bite to them, more like a donut texture, but swirled. And they dust them in the cinnamon powder, didn't know if we would like that but it was really good. The ladies working were sweet and helpful. They have parking out front and handicap accessible. They had hot fresh brew coffee, and a cooler with bottled options. For a quick donut place, I give it a solid 4.6.
Great little family owned donut shop with yummy croissants and kolaches. We’ve used them for breakfast/brunch parties!
Look... They're basic donuts and, if you live in the neighborhood, they're a convenient location. Lower your expectations and it's fine. Definitely not Top Pot, not the best in the city. Your kids will be thrilled. Fin.
