HORRIBLE!! I will NEVER order from here again I called twice to discuss how my order was incorrect and a lady kept answering the phone saying she doesn’t speak English & saying I have to speak Spanish and hung up in my face THREE times and then had the nerve to shut the phones off 40 minutes before closing??? It kept going to voicemail after she hung up on me. Crazy. This really makes me angry because that’s so unprofessional and this was my lunch for work and now I have nothing. Stay far away from here. They lost a valuable customer who tipped as well. Won’t ever get a dime from me after this incident. I need to speak with the owner about her unprofessional behavior.

The service has gone down. With an empty place I had to wait 9 minutes for someone to take my order and 20 minute wait for a sandwich. I Cuban Sandwich special and a coffee, 16.00 dollars and change is ridiculous in 2022.
