It was like I flew to Cuba to eat dinner, I ate like a king, because I am a King. The food was very authentic as well as the staff.
This place is showing its age, but the food, as always, is outstanding!
First time getting some cuban sandwiches here, I usually get them on Melao bakery, big mistake I have to said, first I order 2 cuban sandwiches the lady who took my order tall black hair Latino lady with zero smile on her face charge me $25 dollars which I thought was way to high my mistake of not asking ,why so much..... well I ordered with my husband , when he went to pick up the order they act like they haven't see him b4 they almost don't give the order to him, then he notice another person was picking up also cuban sandwiches when the tall lady told this other person, you order the sandwiches regular or with salad person told then regular so they just give my husband the " salad " ones he asked I never order not cuban sandwiches with salad ?, any ways he end up getting the sandwiches, when we open those boxes to eat them at home bread was saggy, and the famous salad was piece of lettuce and piece of tomato, was so disappointed, in top of that the filled the sandwiches with only ham and a small piece of pernil, hardly taste the Mustard. Horrible sandwiches, poor quality, poor amount, poor attention, over charge, NEVER AGAIN WILL ORDER HERE, I STICK WITH MELAO BAKERY. PD: Next time one of your ppl who take an order teach them to offer the customer the options b4 charging them for things they don't even order and also tell them to put smile on their face that's part of customer service.
