On this day the place had the music turned up really loud. There were probably 3 tables with guests, so it did not have to be that loud. My wife and I ordered the liver with onion's and I was so disappointed because every time my wife orders it it is a huge serving. Mine only came with these two little strips and my wife's was covering most of the plate. In comparison my portion looked like a kiddie portion, I put the knife in between the two slices so you can have a reference. My mom ordered the grilled chicken breast and it was huge also. I ordered Maduros as 1 side (3 pieces) and yucca con mojo as side 2 and it was a decent serving and they never fail with it. I did not ask if they were going to charge me full price for my plate. I figured after visiting this establishment for the past 5 years (if memory serves me well) it is time to take my loyalty to a different mom and pop...and leave this review.
Very disappointed that they watered down my natural orange juice so much so that I should have just bought a bottle of water. This would not have happened at Tainos. The positive is that the pastelitos dough was good. Update: they said they didn’t water it down but had bad oranges. Why would you serve with bad oranges. I don’t understand, but ok.
Una comida Cubana deliciosa se los recomiendo y un flan de coco el mejor que he probado el personal muy atento. (Translated by Google) A delicious Cuban food I recommend it and a coconut flan the best I've ever tried, the staff is very attentive. Kid-friendliness: Hay de todo tipo de comida.
I went with my friend his food was cold, I requested my Cuban sandwich toasty and hot I got it cold I also requested water twice never got it. The third time I got up they saw me looking for water and finally gave me water. They are not friendly at all never going back again.
I went to eat at Cuban cafe because it has a 5 star rating. But the food was cold, it still tasted good but who wants to eat cold food when you're coming for a hot meal and the waitresses were as cold as the food, no smiles, stone face no politeness.
Went there for a lunch buffet (self service). And compared with many other places like Lechonerias, Bravos, and Sedanos. The cost is too expensive for the same quality of food.Food: 3/5 | Service: 3/5 | Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Ropa Vieja, Cuban Authentic Sandwich Parking space Difficult to find parking Parking options Free parking lot …More
