I took off a star because wait times can be high when they shouldn't. The food is always good. Highly recommend the Italian Nachos. I get them every time. Rotating taps is nice as well. Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome

Our favorite neighborhood place to go for a fun night out. We enjoy the food, love the bartenders Andy & Paige and Old Chicago has a great atmosphere. We have celebrated many birthdays at the Southgate location and will continue to do so. Did I mention they serve ice cold beer in chilled glasses?

This place has incredibly good food, tons of great beers, and the customer service is great!

Waited for quite awhile before greeted by waitress who had to find the hostess so we could be seated. Hostess sat us at a table where 3 of the 6 chairs had backs that were coming apart. They weren't very busy so we just swapped chairs with another table. The hot pretzels w/dips were very good as were the pizzas & spagetti w/meatballs! The waitress was very good except when she was feeding herself. (Staff should eat on their breaks & not where their customers can see them.)

Great place and they're so creative with some of their dishes!

First time here in years, pleasantly surprised. Update, have been back several times now. The pizza and the calzones are very good!
