20 minutes to get drinks we sat there for almost an hour waiting for our food we had two children with us when they got their food the spaghetti was cold the waitress was a blonde headed lady don't know her name didn't give it to us she was rude as hell start arguing with my husband told him he needed to get patience when she came around and asked what was wrong we told her her service not a good place to eat we will never be back again

Terrible terrible terrible, this place 3 employees assaulted a young man. 3 on 1 The manager, bartender and another employee. It's very dangerous here. They're vicious. Simply immortal.

Service for our large group was great. I ordered Chicken Carbonara, the peppery Alfredo was the consistency of water, thus not sticking to pasta or chicken. It had no flavor, including the peppery flavor, which makes the Carbonara. I asked if bread stick or garlic bread comes with it, no it does not, but can add it for additional fee. Come on, everywhere serves one or the other with pasta. Lastly, the bathroom has a compo lock on it, and smelled terribly of urine. Reminds me of subway smells, or perhaps that was part of the "Chicago" experience.

This used to be one of our favorite spots to go to but since COVID it has gone straight off a cliff. Walked in today you get lunch and went to grab a table in the bar like always. The server in the bar screamed to the back to stop seating people in the bar which was loud enough for everyone in the place to hear. So rather than deal with that server we went to the front and got seated in the restaurant side. The server started us and then took off while we decided on drinks. We ordered drinks and waited 15 minutes for them to come out and mine was wrong right off the bat. We got it fixed and then ordered food, I ordered a tall order of wings and fries and blue cheese (asked for half bbq and half applewood spice), and my wife ordered a sandwich and blue cheese dressing. Food came after a bit too long of a wait and my wife got her sandwich, and I got a tall order of BBQ wings with ranch. So my order was wrong and I was missing the fries and my wife was missing her blue cheese dressing. We were over the whole experience so we just ate what we got and asked for the check. Lucky for us the server didn't actually ring in what we wanted so we didn't have to try and get a bill corrected. While I will be gladly going back to other Old Chicago's I think this will be the last time I go to this one. My family and friends used to love going to this one on Thursday nights but those days are long gone now. If you are debating on going here make the right decision and go somewhere else.

We sat by the restrooms could smell the restroom from our table sat for 20 minutes no one came to take drink orders. Wasn’t to busy to be that backed up Also the manager was sitting at the bar watching football. Pretty glad we left before we ordered anything
