Over 30 minutes to get pizza and calzone. Iced tea tasted like soap water. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. Food was mediocre at best.

Waited 10 minutes at the door before being acknowledged and told they would be right with us. Seen by at least two other employees and ignored. Waited 10 more minutes and left.

The food is reliably good. I was there by myself at lunch and felt as though the waitress was hurrying me along even though it wasn't busy. She was otherwise kind.

My husband took me to Old Chicago on my lunch break from work, and I get an hour for lunch. There were 2 adults and 2 children present from the time we arrived to the time we left. Upon our arrival, we waited 5 minutes to get seated. Then, we had to wait another 15 minutes while the "bartender" chatted with the couple who was there (prior to our arrival) before coming to take our order. She was calling my husband "baby" the entire time, and she was very unprofessional. After she took our order, we waited 45 minutes then, we went to ask her to cancel our order (because of the long wait). She then proceeded to tell us she was going to check on the order and then came back to tell us it was ready. We told her we still wanted to cancel it because I had no more time to eat and had to go back to work. She told us "ok... drinks (the diet coke and water) is on me). We will never go back there IF the waitress we are used to is not working. The bartender just isn't as professional and is HORRIBLE with customer service.
