Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

UPDATE: Got an email from Cody general manager offering a free meal but never heard back from him after I emailed back making things a bit worse level of professionalism at this place is as low as it gets. I will gladly show you all how to make a proper pizza because you all are serving trash EMAILING CORPORATE AFTER THIS! Absolutely worst pizza ever. For being a $24 dollar pizza I expect something much better this pizza had NO sauce NO cheese and was completely tasteless. Eating a piece of cardboard would of been more pleasing. Abosolute disappoinment, person in the kitchen should be embarrassed to send something out like this. I would have returned it but not driving 10 minutes back. I should of made a frozen pizza would have been much better

We are a group of 16, the waitress was amazing!! She tended to us with a smile, made sure our soda n tea never ran out. Pizza was delicious!! This old chicagos is the ONLY one that has accommodated us, since 2022. Great place and great customer service!!

Our food was delicious. We ordered a pie, pickle chips, and pretzles and were definitely not disappointed. We both had a long day at work and just wanted to sit and have a couple of beers and relax. Unfortunately, the whole time we were at our table, we felt like we were being rushed to leave. Our server was trying to take our plates before we were finished. I was hesitant to even ask for to go boxes because it just felt like she was ready to leave, and we were cramping her style by just being there. We will definitely be back for the food and beer, and hopefully, he will not he rushed to leave. Cheers!

I would recommend not ordering delivery. Third time ordering and third time not receiving what I ordered. Wrong item,wrong or missing sauce along with the wrong drink. It's like they do this on purpose. Just disappointed...

Brian was a great waiter,he was so nice and we had a great time.
