Always love Old Chicago food and service. Love the fact they allow dogs on the patios as well! ❤️

The server, Peyton, gave excellent service. The patio seating was very nice.

So glad to see this in North KC. Good food and drink selection and attentive, friendly service.

This location could be the worst of any of them. Group of coworkers and I went there for lunch and we waited for our waitress for 15 minutes. Remind you, there was maybe 2 other tables there. The place was “dead”. And they had two other waitresses, two bar people and a manager working. I had to get the managers attention to get someone to wait on us. The waitress forgot a beer, forgot filling water, we asked for ranch two times and other things. Two of the people in our groups calzone and pizza was burned. I would stay away from this location for sure.

Took 10 minutes to get water, which we had to grab manager for it. He stayed attentive which was only saving grace. Additional beverages took awhile as well as food. Mine came out burnt. Restaurant was pretty empty so not sure why there was such a delay. Pretty disappointing

Just got our first ever order from Old Chicago delivered. I ordered the veggie pizza thick crust (after a convo with my partner about hoping to find good deep dish pizza) and WOW. I opened up a box of cheese soup. The pizza was cold and the dough was entirely undercooked. Like, dangerously so. It’s possible to get sick from undercooked dough. Luckily I was able to make a meal from the pretzel bites my partner ordered. Felt like I threw away money on trying this. Pass.
