Beef was string"ie" not so great. But ribbs VG. Fast for take out...you just get in line and they fill your order..coleslaw good staff patient while your decisions being made. Best to think it through before you or your group get in line. They have seating inside and out.. and music/groups some nights we think. Families with kids welcome of course. But not sure about high chairs.

I was looking for some bbq to eat and took a chance on this place. Food was ok, on the bland side for me, cornbread was hard as a rock. Ribs were pretty good, but probably wouldn't try this place again. Good selection of sauces.

Best BBQ I have had in the DMV, period.

The workday on Friday was dragging on. Since the morning it started we all knew it was going to be a long day. Jobs kept coming in, demands from the bosses kept raining down on to our desks... yet there was hope, hope that at noon days sun the mighty red steed of Amanda would arrive with sustenance to fuel the work force in this the months end. We worked with much effort as soon the hour approached...Before the clock struck noon Amanda had arrived with rations for the day. We cheered as the smell of meat filled the office. The glorious set up of the meal was one to behold after a long day. We devoured the meal, and thanked the gods they sent Amanda. We shall call upon thee again and feast once more!

Old Blue BBQ is fantastic! From the wedding walkthrough to the day of, their staff was top notch and the food was equally delicious. Their team were early, well prepared and always had a smile on their face. Loved the place awesome

When deciding what I wanted for my wedding I wanted something fun easy and not fancy! It was an outside backyard wedding! Reached out and received a response right away! Kelly at the time was on a roll on the phone I didn’t need to ask any questions automatically had all the answers before I could ask! The biggest thing for me was the fact it was an all in one deal! They did it all the food, chairs, tables tent and all! They even had a bride share so I had to purchase the minimal items! I then started working with Kari who is now a part of the family! She was super sweet and amazing thru the whole process! We had some heart felt convos and tears! The food and everything was amazing! My centerpieces were specially made by Kari I gave her the flowers and she did the rest! Super impressed I would have Kari and Charlie carter my next event!

Kari & her team were a great addition to my wedding vendor team. Kari was always quick to respond to emails and very helpful with any changes I need especially when it came to a fluctuating guest count last minute. She even made an additional trip to my venue pre-wedding day to make sure all the logistics were in order. My only request was that I got to eat mac and cheese on my wedding day and they absolutely delivered! The food was top notch and my guests were talking about it all weekend. Even with a buffet service, the team was kind enough to bring plates to my grandparents at the table and they packed up to to go boxes for my husband and I to eat that night. Thank you Kari and team for an excellent night!
