What an outstanding find in Spanish Fort. We happened upon Old 31 and were not disappointed! The owners were so nice to explain the beers and their history. It was literally like we were in their house. But, it really comes down to the beer and it did not fall short. We had a very good Kolsch and their light beer as well (the name escapes me). We have found a new spot for sure! Cheers to Old 31 Brewing...

So glad we stopped in to this place while driving through the area. Sandy kept our flights coming until we had made our way through every thing they had on tap. Good beers, great looking place, highly suggest stopping in and enjoying a beer or 3

The beers that they create here are outstanding! I had the "Drink More Kolsch", which was a true-to-style German Kolsch. It has a full body flavor with an incredibly smooth finish.. no lingering aftertaste. I spoke with the owners (very nice people) at length about their brewing technique and their attention to detail in creating their beers, down to the water that they use. And it shows! I also tried the "Back Road Amber", which was also excellent.. next time. I will definitely come back.

Delicious beer, really nice atmosphere, friendly. They take their brewing seriously and you can taste the difference. Highly recommend-

12 beer selections. Nice inside and outside area. Tight parking lot. Inside area is small. Great service. Good beer. No liquor. All cocktails look to be wine based. Live music was good.

Very satisfying every time we walk into this friendly atmosphere, everybody is so positive! Great brews!
