We celebrated our two year anniversary and the staff made it so special from us. We weren’t expecting much, we came in to sit at the bar for one or two rolls and ended up with the best anniversary ever. The bartender & manager were so sweet and attentive. We are amazed and truly touched by the above and beyond service we received… I’m so grateful for the service I almost forgot to mention how good the food was. The sushi was fresh & flavorful. Truly an outstanding experience!

We had Cara as our server on a beautiful Saturday evening. After my guest arrived we were seated promptly. The restaurant was busy and food still came out quickly, with each food arriving as it was ready. We thoroughly enjoyed spectacular service and all of the food. My bottomless pit and I enjoyed the sake misoyaki, crispy rice, hanetsuki gyoza, over the rainbow roll, Mt. Fuji roll, wabisabi, smoke and mirrors and the rock shrimp. We can't wait to come back soon. Vegetarian options: Vegi sushi available Parking: With traffic the driveway is easy to pass, valet only. There are nearby parking garages Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible

We had the greatest experience at O-Ku! We were celebrating my graduation and planned to do a nice dinner out, but the people at O-Ku made it a really special occasion and went above and beyond. Our waiter, Marcel, was kind and attentive, and we were surprised at the end of our meal with a beautiful dessert and hand written card from people working that night celebrating my graduation. We were also visited by who I think was the owner or manager, who was so genuine and kind. Overall, the sushi and drinks were amazing, but the service and warmth of the people there made it the most special, unforgettable experience.

This is a top sushi spot, no doubt. The dark lighting really sets the ambiance for this place. The yellow tail is absolutely delicious. The spicy tuna crispy rice was cooked to perfection, and perfectly proportionate between the amount of tuna and rice. We tried a lot of stuff and the specialty sushi maybe a little pricy but wow might actually be worth it. Great flavor in each. I enjoyed the spicy edamame as well. There is a little roof top area with a bar at this location in west midtown. Some tables and nice seating available up there. From my experience, the drinks tend to have a lighter pour but of course that just depends on the bartender. Can get very busy during the weekend and will most likely need a reservation. (be careful with shellfish allergy) The parking around gets filled up quickly. Although there is valet parking at your convenience, there is a massive free parking garage at Bellyyard right next door that has a lovely little view at the top of it for before or after dinner.
