highly impressed with the food and service. dont pass this place up because it looks like a hole in the wall. you will miss some great food

Customer service is horrible. I will never ever ever spend my money here.

We ordered food..signed for it not knowing what was ordered but accepted the bags handed to me...as I drive down the road i receive a call saying I took the wrong bags. I drive back bring both bags in apologize and I get harassed by a older female saying...u need to read the tag. Um...no I take what was handed to me. She continues to follow me to the door like I stole something....had she been a man... .

Great Service. Food is a good proportion and reasonable

I just want to share an experience at a restaurant we have been to quite often the last few years. We went for Father's day and they served me steak that was so rubbery I had to spit every piece out. When I said something about it to the owner he immediately came up to the table and started arguing with me about how I was wrong and did not know how steak was cooked. Not only that but I showed him how a fork would not even cut through the steak. Stay far away from Okinawa steak and hibachi. They just long a long term customer because of how I was treated when I said something. The owner also started following me out the door fussing at me I should add. The waitress put police discount on the bill before we got started eatting which was $2 and the military on for the others but nothing for the steak that couldn't even be ate and they were told about it.

The steak and shrimp hibachi was the best I have had in a long time. Not only was it cooked to perfection (steak was medium rare liked I asked for), the portion size was more than enough. Couldn't be happier with the service and the overall price spent was much less than anticipated. I was super glad to return here after more than 2 years. Great affordable places are a blessing these days. Parking: 2 handicap spots are located to the left of the main entrance and all other parking is to the right. There is enough parking to handle seating as well as pickup and delivery.

I suggest nobody come here.. first of all they have flies everywhere and all over the food. Second they would rather stand around and chat instead of giving you your food. The third thing is.. the oldest one turned to the cook and said something and cook turned and laughed at me.. so pretty rude staff, not worth it at all
