*Edit from Sept 2022: we visited again after our last experience and enjoyed ourselves a lot more. The new waitresses were super friendly and attentive. And the cooks knocked it out of the park, per usual. Hoping last time was just a fluke!* I work nearby so I frequent this place a lot. I suggested it to my boyfriend and now we have dinner here all the time as well. It is our favorite sushi place and we always have a great experience. Until today. I decided to try the Bento Box for $18 instead of the roll I usually get. I explicitly asked for that and chose my 2 items. The food was absolutely delicious. When we get our check, I notice that the total is off. We double checked the menu to compare the prices to what I ordered. My boyfriend mentions this to the waitress stating that I had ordered a Bento Box. She comes back and tells us her manager said she couldn't do that because of portions. It just felt like the manager thought my boyfriend and I were trying to be sneaky or cheap. Apparently the original waiter charged me for a Teriyaki Plate and a roll separately (not what I ordered) which was more expensive. We left feeling a bit cheated because it was a mistake on the waiters part and WE were the ones that had to pay for it, literally. 😔 It wasn't a huge difference, but my boyfriend and I both work in customer service so it was more about the principle for us. We would have appreciated the manager coming over to talk to us. We will most likely return because the chefs always do a great job, but we didn't enjoy tonight's experience.

Placed takeout order with tip. Staff does not even include any utensils and no soy sauce either. I have never encountered a Japanese restaurant with this kind of experience.

FYI they close at 8:30 so be prepared to be turned away. Or forced to order "to go".

Best Philly roll ever...I upgraded to fresh salmon (instead of smoked). Great friendly service, and very convenient location.

Always delicious...my wife and i live 30min away and Oki is our favorite place to go. Small restaurant but plenty of space and a good vibe plus always the rolls are Great and reasonably priced.

We hadn't been there in a while but decided to go and give it a try....the service was great and the food was delicious!! They've added new rolls to their menu. We tried the "white lotus" & the "galleria" both were excellent. Definitely recommend to everyone!!

No saba sushi! My wife's unagi sushi was small and at $9 for two pieces over priced. We ordered the bento box, and again my tempura portion was small. My wife's beef teriyaki was tough.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We ordered several items including the Chefs Special, and everything was delicious and fresh! Asparagus!!!!! Game changer. Wonderful food and experience.
