Had to wait a long time for drinks. Our waitress took our our order after sitting here for 20 minutes. She didn't refill our chips or drinks. Waited an hour for our food and then got a drink refill. This is the 3rd time here and my last. When we got our food we just left. Not worth it.

Nachos were great but the meats was very salty
I’m not one to write reviews, even if it’s bad service. But tonight was just awful. We’ve been here before and the service was mediocre. This time it took around 10 mins for them to come to our table and get our drink orders. By then we already knew what we wanted and just did the whole order then! It took so long for our order to come out. My guacamole dip was so small and they charged $6 for it and it was frozen when I got it. My kids burgers were burnt to a crisp. Our food felt like it had been sitting there for a while before being brought to us. All I can say is we are never going back and do not recommend anyone going there as well. There are a lot of good options in Cleveland. I have never felt more like a Karen than I do now… but lord help me that was bad.
Service was terrible, appetizers was served still frozen, had to track our waitress down to get a refill and our food which upon arrival was not only burnt to a crisp but also cold so you can imagine how long our wait was. I could understand more if they was busy but we are one of the only 2 tables here and when I found my waitress her and the other 2 was camped out at the counter talking instead of serving their customers…..run away there are way better options in town then this one

I keep giving them a 2nd, 3rd and just one more time chance. Today was the last time for this location. Was not open at 11 but as soon as we went to get back in the car, they unlocked the doors. We were the first people there, employee was late and my beer arrived AFTER I finished my meal.
Server was extremely rude and management was even worse. These people have no idea what customer service is. Owner should be ashamed place was dirty, food was salty, and the workers are the worst. DO NOT EAT HERE. Look into firing some of your servers especially that one girl.
