Got seated and then got sent someone who pretended not to understand English and then left us hanging at the table to chat with co-workers

I'm always going to drink and watch baseball games at this restaurant, but today they almost kicked us out because we didn't want to pay the $20 that they charge for the band, they told us that if we didn't pay we had to leave, it's not fair that they treated us that way. It's not my fault they have a band present, I prefer the DJ. I feel angry about it, I don't go back to that place.
