I will not come back again! There was basically no service. I know that Wednesday night was busy, however, there was only one server in the restaurant and she seems over tasks and was not able to handle multitasking. Zero service from her. I love sushi but definitely not from here.
Not very good, it’s like Chinese American cheap sushi or something but very expensive.
By far my favorite Portland Sushi restaurant and I have tried lots.
Ordered a chicken katsu bento box. Delicious, filling, worth the money.
spider hand roll & pork katsu were delicious! laid back but pleasant atmosphere. kind staff.
The sushi is great, but when you walk in it is a bit off putting.
I work around the area, and this was my first time going to Oishi Mika Sushi. I left feeling very satisfied. The service was fast, and the food came out quickly. I ordered two rolls off the menu, and I didn't realize it, but since I went during the lunch hour, it was part of a lunch special. It came with miso soup and a marinated cucumber salad, both of which were good. The soup was salty and flavorful, and the marinade on the cucumbers was tangy and sweet. I was surprised when my bill was cheaper than both the rolls I ordered from the menu - presumably because of the lunch special. I am also gluten-free, and they answered my questions around the ingredients as well as provided gluten-free soy sauce. My friend also enjoyed his meal, and we both decided to come back for another visit. It's clean and a decent atmosphere. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options available.
