The service are bad, maybe not enough the worker. They leave water on the table without cups.We wait for the water cups more then hour. Off course the broth and meat ,too. My husband use water to cook food because wait to long. The sauce test bad. Me and my husband got food poison from soy beans, it tasted sticky . I think everyone gives him 5 stars because you can have free drinks

This place is awesome. Robot brings you your food, so it's fast. Food is fresh, meat is amazing and the broth is a1. A must of your in the area

I love that they carry enoki mushroom here. Sukiyaki broth is pretty sweeter than most shabus, but I just add some garlic and chili oil and it's good to go. Pretty sure there is limited staffing because we can only order meats with them and it takes a while for them to rotate to our table. Robokitty is convenient to clear our table. I recommend for lean cuts - top blade & ribeye. If you like Toro from Shabuya get the brisket.

I enjoyed the food there and the robot server is fun! The only thing is that they only had one waitress there for ordering, serving and cashier. A bit under staffed
