Absolutely delicious food and fantastic people
Our food was too raw (we ordered steak hibachi), and so Vivian (the waitress) said she could only take the meat back to be recooked. So we waited for them to cook our steak more than for her to bring it back, by which time all of our rice and sides were cold. Then my meat was burnt, and my husband’s and my sides (rice and veggies) were cold. And we had to ask to speak to the manager who said “I’ll take it off for you” when he approached the table without letting me say anything other than hi. Then, he said “she said you don’t like it. So like What do you want me to do?” With an attitude. Then, when we complained to Vivian (the waitress), she told me that my food “wasn’t cold” and that there was nothing else they could do since they gave me a $11 discount for us to have to eat our food in separate pieces (rice then meat when it was returned burnt) or completely cold (which Vivian said it wasn’t.). Then, Vivian told me I couldn’t speak to the manager again at 8:30pm because he had “left” for the night even though the restaurant was still packed with people and open. I have been to this place 3 times including tonight, and this experience was not pleasant at all. As much as I love hibachi, I will just miss it rather than return. We sat at a table not the hibachi grill and the reason for the subpar experience per the manager is “you know we’re busy and we’re cooking.” - Dr. H
Terrible service tonight for the first time. Slamming down our drinks, the other plates and chairs. No communication at all. Talking about us in Japanese... food was ok, but she ruined the whole experience. Sadly, we still left over $100 for 2 entrees.
Can't wait to go again!
Good food great service. And the portions were generous.
Mediocre at best, fried rice lacked flavor, if Benihana had a knock off this would be it. Lobster was overcooked, chicken was ok and vegetables we basically raw. Booths need a rehab and tables are battered and worn. First and last visit. Parking: Plenty of parking
